Shipping Information

We hand pack and ship our perfumes,  room sprays and candles with the greatest of care to ensure that they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. We will send you a tracking number via email to notify you that your products have been dispatched. Currently we CANNOT ship any Fragrances out of the UK. We can ship Books, Candles and Chocolates.

Please allow:

2 - 3 working days for UK Delivery, excluding bank / national holidays.
4 - 5 working days for European Delivery and 7 - 10 days for Worldwide Delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your products, but incase you don't, you may return any item bought online within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received your returned order, we will notify you and arrange for a refund to be sent to you within 3 - 5 days to your original payment method. Please note that we don't refund return postage fee's.
